Problem with app Time connections

Problems to connect to the application
The first Time I used the app, all was ok.
Then I tried to enter my Time id and password. They were not recognized and since then I cant connect to the app.
Everytime I try to connect there is an immediate disconnect.
Whatever can I do ? The Time customer service does not seem to understand the problem and is unable to help me.
