User unfriendly
This App is terrible: Every time there is an update I cannot access my issues any longer. I am signed in but it still wants me to buy the issues. Followed all the helpful hints, signed in /out to no avail. In the past I was able to fix it this way, this time it is not resolving the issue.
What is so difficult about writing an App that gives you access ones you successfully have signed in.
No customer service number is listed in the app to call for help, terrible.
I will be canceling my subscription, this trouble is going on way too long.
