Has improved considerably on download time since I first got it. Good legibility of contents but not exceptionally user-friendly on how to get to previous issues....

The app is not optimized for the iPad 3 retina display, so the resolution of the text content is horrible.

No retina support, not even for written content - it seems everything is an image to prevent copy-paste, but also looking up words and names... Thanks for trusting your honest customers! No preservation of reading progression on pages - if I accidently change the page (which happens sometimes) I have to search for the place I left off - very annoying!

App is quite decent but what it lacks is support of retina display resolution and copy-paste functionality.

Everytime we open another app while reading a text, when we return to Time app, the app reser to the begining...

Are they serious? People are already waiting for the new iPad but people at Time Magazine havent managed it yet to provide Retina support? Without words

Dosnt work very well I have had problems all the TIME.I have a regular signature of time magazine and I always have been having problems with magazine, I cant download my issues. app keeps crashing under new iOS6. Can no longer use it.

As a subscriber of Time I am a big fan of the app and although still read the paper version, the digital version is gets downloaded and read within hours of it appearing. Easy to use and additional content is super. Only downside - os6 stability issues - it crashes on occasion. Not sure if problem lies with Time or with Apple...

it really is uncomfortable, reading the text in this bad quality. it shouldnt be hard for a big, world wide magazine to add retina display support. the design in general could be better! PLEASE ADD RETINA DISPLAY SUPPORT ASAP.

High quality journalism. Nice design. Very good complement to the print version. All Access even in europe possible. Very fast contact in case of problems. But: please ad Retina support. App useless on newer iPads, but very good on the iPad 2.

A great magazine app. One of the best Ive seen in terms of bringing the layout and character of a magazine on to the IPad! But it only gets two stars because it doesnt support the retina display. Reading really is a pain on the New IPad.

As a Print subscriber I really enjoy full access on the computer, but without retina support its not possible to enjoy the magazine in such a bad quality on the new iPad. Please add retina support!

Whats going on? Apart from not integrated in the newsstand and the lack of Retina-Support, im not able to download the last issues. Im a subscriber, and the last issue able to download in the library is from December 31.

Its a pity that Time magazine is not able to put the app in the newsstand and the retina support for iPad 3 and better is not given. The iPad with Retina is out since almost a year and they are not able to support it. Time Magazine has got so good content but if it stays at this bad resolution it is not worth to take a look in it. Come on, you can do it better for sure.

And One of the worst Customer Services Ever! Answers Seem to be generated by a Wheel of Fortune! Sometimes they Match, sometimes they dont

Very good app, but please support retina!
